It’s a fantastic milestone that highlights how far we’ve come since our journey began in 2021. Fresh off being crowned Business of the Year at the Birmingham Awards in and taking home Property Tech Company of the Year at the UK Business Tech Awards, both in November. This is yet another stepping stone that has made 2024 a significant year for us at TSEG.
The West Midlands Business Awards celebrates the region’s most innovative, forward-thinking companies, so to be shortlisted is a huge deal for us. For us, it’s not just an award nomination – it’s validation for everything we’ve been working towards; reshaping the PropTech landscape with smarter, simpler utility management solutions for students, landlords and suppliers.

These nominations celebrated our 500% revenue growth in 2023, surpassing £20 million, 800% team expansion, 90% landlord retention, and innovative software transforming PropTech standards.
