Energy

Your tariff is basically the price you pay per unit of energy alongside a cost per day regardless of consumption named a standing charge. This is the same across the energy industry. Although we charge you a set amount per month this is an estimation of what we expect you to use based on our experience working with Student households.

We’ll regularly reconcile your payments against your consumption and use your tariff to calculate how much energy you’ve used and the cost of this.
