Our customers and suppliers have been with us every step of the way, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the community we have built.
The Birmingham Awards are an annual highlight in the city, shining a spotlight on the people and businesses that make Birmingham such an inspiring place to live, work, and thrive. To be chosen as the winner from such a talented group of finalists is truly thrilling, and we’re just a little bit humbled too.
The black-tie awards ceremony on Saturday, November 9th, was an unforgettable night. We didn’t just get to celebrate our own win but also cheered on the amazing achievements of businesses from across Birmingham.
What made TSEG stand out?
It’s all about our mission: to simply do the right thing for students and landlords by rolling all household bills into one easy monthly payment. No more hassle or confusion – just one seamless, transparent PropTech solution, making managing utilities easier and more transparent for everyone involved.
But it’s more than just what we do – it’s how we do it. The judges were blown away by our commitment to simply doing the right thing, whether that’s delivering top-notch service, championing sustainability, or developing cutting-edge technologies. The judges recognised TSEG as an industry leader, ‘setting a new standard’ for PropTech.
Despite challenges like the UK energy crisis, we’ve grown rapidly, managing over 10,000 properties and hitting £20 million in revenue – all while keeping our focus on creating real, tangible value for our users. And this is only the beginning.
