The following cancellation charges apply if your contract was entered into after 06/11/2023.
If your contract is cancelled after your 14 day cooling off period we reserve the right to charge an early termination fee of £200 to reflect our incurred costs. This charge is independent of any service specific fees.
Energy
Your energy tariff may be subject to additional exit fees if you transfer prior to your fixed end date and outside of your 14 day cooling off period,. You can view your tariff on our website at thestudentenergygroup.com/tariffs or in your Welcome Letter.
Broadband
If you cancel your Broadband service outside your 14 day cooling off period we reserve the right to pass on any charges billed to us by the Supplier, including but not limited to:
- Cancellation Charges
- Missing Equipment
- Missed or Cancelled Engineer Appointments
Water and TV Licence
There are no fees for cancelling the Water and TV Licence services.
